These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, Chrome extensions, Telegram channels, and monitoring or booking services (together, the "Services") provided by Alert Me ASAP ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. What we do
Alert Me ASAP helps users find earlier appointment or shift availability — including US visa interview appointments (AIS and CGI portals) and Amazon warehouse shifts — by monitoring for openings and sending alerts, and, on certain plans, by assisting with booking. We are an independent service.
2. No affiliation
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the U.S. Department of State, any U.S. embassy or consulate, the operators of the AIS or CGI visa portals, Amazon.com, Inc., Telegram, or any government agency. All product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
3. No guarantee of results
Appointment and shift availability is controlled entirely by third parties and is unpredictable. We do not and cannot guarantee that an earlier appointment or a shift will become available, that you will be able to book one, or that any alert will be delivered within a particular time. The Services are provided on a best-effort basis.
4. Eligibility and your responsibilities
- You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including the email address tied to your account or credits.
- You agree to use the Services only for your own lawful appointment or shift needs and in compliance with the terms of the underlying portals you are booking on.
- You must not resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, or abuse the Services, or use them to disrupt third-party systems.
5. Payments, credits, and refunds
Paid plans and credits are billed at the prices shown at the time of purchase. Credits are tied to the email address you provide at checkout and cannot be transferred to a different email (we can correct a typo in that email, but not move credits to a new account). We currently do not offer refunds. Where a refund policy is introduced, it will be published on this site.
6. Account security and credentials
Some plans require limited access to your portal login to perform booking on your behalf. We only use credentials to book appointments and we never change your password or email. See our Data Security page for details. You remain responsible for keeping your own account in good standing and within the portal's usage limits.
7. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that openings will be detected in all cases.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alert Me ASAP will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any missed appointment, lost opportunity, account restriction, or fees (including visa or government fees) arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Services in the three months preceding the claim.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
